So what do you think of this little office nook, tucked out of the way? To me, it’s a little work of art, everything perfectly in its right place. The black and white colour scheme is just perfect.
Things I love … the three floating black shelves against the white background, especially the little one at the top, with two books on it. The beautiful silver lamp. One piece of elegantly framed black and white art. A pen/pencil holder. Books (black and white) scattered casually around, though I must admit that I did notice they were lined up with the edges of the shelves. A simple stool to perch on for a few minutes. A spot for my laptop, and beneath the bottom shelf, somewhere to plug in a power cord. A (white) tube of hand cream on the top shelf … I love having hand cream nearby.
There isn’t a lot here in this corner, but I’m thinking I don’t really need a lot. The simple(r) life, that’s what I’m after …
